ComboBox.SelectedIndexChanged Event never fires

The ComboBox.SelectedIndexChanged Event is supposed to fire when the ComboBox Index has changed. The problem is it never fires when I change the selected index. Why is this?

Can u try on ticking a box called autopostback on it's property?
