Can conbo boxes appearances actually change to flat?

Text boxes appear flat!!! is there a way to make combo boxes appear flat or not. appearance Properties do not work on combo boxes.

No not really! What i did was using th Forms2 components! the combobox that comes with can be turned to flat! or else there is the data combo which also can be made flat but remains with a default height of 365 or something simliar!
