Combo Box issue or maybe more

I have a form which contain a combo box. I want to select 5 items out of 10 and have it create a report with the ones I have choosen. I know how to select the items, but when I click on the icon I created for print it just boots me out of access. Also I am only using one table.

A combo box allows you to select only one item. You would need to use a multi-select list box. Roger Carlson has a small sample database of how to do this at

I appreciate the input, but the problem is that i need to have a report show up with the selected item in a combo. If that will also be located in the same area i will give it a try..

Are you asking how to filter a report based on a selection made from a combo box on a form? Or do you want a combo box on a report to display a value equivalent to the value of a combo box on a form?

I'm sorry but you aren't being clear enough for this old brain.
