Combining Outlook Calendars

I need suggestions for combining the information from multiple calendars in Outlook. It would be great if it was automated so that at a regular interval, the calendars would synchronize.
It is vacation time again, and this would be an ideal solution for keeping all departments covered.

If you're on an Exchange server, have your mail admin create a "Vacation" account and to give everyone read/write rights, but not change or delete rights or something...
