Combining Favorites

Does anyone have an idea how to combine the bookmarks from 2 computers running IE 6 into 1 favorites folder. Then both machines can have identical bookmarks.

Export into a shared file. Import into the other. The export the new one and import it into the cleaned out first one.

Or just mix the directory content like regular files.
