Hello All,

Can the information from two tables be combigned into one query in this specific fashion?

I use Access to store info about the families of our orginization. Currently it is in two tables. Adults and Children. They each contain the same sort key, an account # for each family. Although some 'families' consist of a single adult without any children. I want to be able to put selected family information from each table onto a single row within a query. Such as from the Adult table: Person 1 first name, middle name, last name. Person 2 first name, middle name, last name. Address, and other stuff contained in this table like yes/no check boxes, dates of enrollment, bla bla bla. And from the child table: first name, last name, yes/no check box info. etc. If I can get all this within one query with all the above mentioned info for each family as one record/row I'd be a happy camper.

Thanks,

Bucky

Let me explain a little more which may help. Remember, I need all the children for each family listed. When the children are entered into their table they are assigned a letter designation within the family of A,B,C and so on. I have a feeling this will help. I need to list everyone in the orginization that needs a ticket for a function. Some adults will need tickets and some won't. hence the yes/no check box field. Some children, likewise need a ticket. This query will tell me who needs tickets family by family.
