I need a possibility to set multiple hunt groups out of service (at the same time). Is it possible to combine several shortcodes?
Or does anyone have any other possibility?

IP Office 6.1 or 7.0

chda,

When a user is a member of multiple groups then only one button is needed for doing this for those groups.
Just do not enter a group number.
With this button you can put it in out of service for one group or all group where you are a member in.

If you are not a member then you need to build a shortcode for each group.
Then make a button for the user with action dial and telephone number.
The telephone number contains the shortcodes each separated with a ,

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Thank you for your rast response!
I did not know that this is possible without a destination.

Not sure what your application is but if you have the right release of vmpro then you could modify my faq and set the service mode of the group.

Group service mode:
0 = out of service
1 = in service
2 = night service

I've put this in a GRIP before. Setting the mode of multiple items via one key.

The INDeX had it licked using Area's. They should bring that back!

Guys,

I'm sure you know this but on the 16xx and 96xx phones you do not need to set shortcodes to achieve this.

Under the User>Menu Programming>Hunt Group.

Here, check Change HG Membership box next to the group that you want the user to log in and out of.

On the handset you will now get a Status button. Press this and the user can select to enable and disable the selected group membership.

Simples!

Thats what I thought but someone chimed in about logging a user in and out of a group so I thought I missed something.
