I was wondering if it is possible to combine to sets of personal folders into one. We have been using our web hosting as our email provider for a while, so we have folders and such already in outlook. We recently decided to run our own exchange server, in house. But when we add our accounts to outlook, it adds a whole new set of personal folders. Is there a way to merge the two? Or do we have to use rules for that?

When you run a local Exchange server, email should be stored on the server (in the mailbox). Any PST files you have with old email can easily be attached to your Outlook profile, and the contents moved across into the mailbox. Then you can disconnect the PST files from Outlook and you're done with them.
