Field one is an email address folowed by field 2&3 being name and address. These fields are all common for upto five records. Then comes a code in field four. I want to get one record with with the five codes put onto the end of that field. How can I do It PLEASE HELP ME!!! I am going insane!!!!

combine 5 records with 3 common fields and one code field to 1 record
