Clipart Explosion 600,000 (there latest I believe) has a nice selection of roylaty free, high-res photos. I believe there is an architecture folder with several examples. Plus, you get all the other art to boot. Believe it retails for about $60. Some of there stuff is really good, esp. if you are looking for borders. Office Max carries it and I beleive you can order online.
