column found in multiple tables error

Hello,

I have a question. I've added another database. Now when
i want to report on a shared number (thus linking these columns together) I get an "ODBC error, Column found in multiple tables" . Some of columns are named the same. Is there a work around. Or is the only solution to rename
the double columns ??
