Colored Voting Buttons in Outlook

Voting buttons (under Outlook, options) in emails are a great feature...however, they tend to blend into the other tools at the top of an email. Is there anyway to change the color of these to make them stand out - that would certainly improve voting response.

Second quesiton - Voting buttons are not visable (in the preview window) until the email is opened - any way to change that?

Did you get any help with making your voting buttons stand out? - you are exactly right about them blending in with the other tools.
There are certainly no standard features for changing the appearance of them, but I'm hoping some VBA genius will say that it can be done with that.
