When printing a report that is set up to highlight certain details in yellow in crystal 9 with a color printer, our client is getting printer output of grey shading where the yellow should be.

This is occuring with all colors in crystal for this user, but the color printer is working correctly with other programs when printing color.

the printer is a oki c7300 PCL and crystal is set to the correct printer. i instructed the client to update their printer drivers, they did, and this did not help.

any help with this is be appreciated

1. Ask them to print from any other program using the same color.
2. Tell them to test their printer. Probably some ink level is low.

Are the other documents printed correctly using yellow?

If they're using CR 9, have them select File->Print->Preferences->Paper Quality and make sure thye have color enabled and that the paper source is correct for using color.

It's likely something in their printer setup, not Crystal.
