Hi,

I was wondering if you look at this website on the border ,

how have the given metalic touch to the color. Alo how are they producing this affect like there is light in the center of border. I tried have tween motion between two graphis by giving aplha to one, but ti did not produced same results......

thanks

Do not motion tween alpha, this will not produce the effect you want. You should shape tween gradient instead.
Choose radial or liner gradient for your fill color, then in the color mixer adjust the colors you want, not just black and white. Then choose fill transform tool - it will modify how the fill is applied to your shape. Click on your object to select the gradient, select the center point and move it in the direction you want, so that it looks like a light source moving. You can adjust also the size of your gradient (by clicking and dragging), so that it does not fade out too abruptly. Then add keyframe and adjust your gradient again. Use shape tween.

thanks for your rely......... i was following your instruction. where do we find the color mixer. I open a new file, then second thing I do I pick radient from the fill color which is black and white, then i don't know where is color mixer?

Thanks

window > design panels>color mixer, then you can change the color by clicking on the pencil like icon and slightly up there will by an icon that will allow you to change the color. You'll see, it's kind of easier to show than explain.
