Collect Digits Problem 1

I have a G700 with a DS1 linking to an MD110
The trunk works fine
Vectors work fine until I use the collect digits command
As soon as I use a collect digits it cuts the call.
Internally ón the Avaya system it works fine and from all other Avaya trunks

Has anyone had this problem before
is there anything that can be done on the Avaya side

Can you do "display events" for category "denial"
and paste the results

Also try "display events" for category "vector" and paste the results

This should provide some more information

I have cleared the events then called the vdn again

There are no events showing on denial or vector or any infact
The vdn trace is as below

Maybe you could cut/paste the vector here and we can get a better understanding of the problem.

no
but if I do just an announcement
then collect digits with announcment none
It plays the announcement then cuts

basically as soon as it comes to the command collect it drops

there is a known problem with collect digits on the g700. theres a patch available on the web site. don't no the number off hand though.

I have had a look on the site, it looks like PSN # 53U
"Collect digits step in vectors drops media gateway calls"
which was released in July 05

The Patch number is 7639 (or later)
