Hello,

I am interested to provide volume web hosting services and don’t know where to start. Currently I’m using Windows 2003 Server and for each individual web hosting I have to manually create users and security which is very difficult to maintain. Plus every time my customers wish to modify their email address(s) or to change their passwords (hosting or email account), they have to contact me directly so I can do this for them which is very unprofessional. Saying that, I don’t know what would be the common way to make this automated. I see hosting companies out there which are offering control panel to the end users to customize and manage their own hosting account and that’s what I am interested to do for my services. I would really appreciate if I can get some advice on this to find my way.

Here are items that I currently provide with my hosting service:
SQL 2000, Basic ASP, ColdFusion (Macromedia ColdFusion MX), Email, and of course some web space.

Thank you very much,

Mike

so what are you asking? where to find a control panel? try google.

once you get it up and running... guess what, you're still going to have to do some stuff manually. welcome to the wonderful world of server/sys admin's

We've heard that a million monkeys at a million keyboards could produce the complete works of Shakespeare; now, thanks to the Internet, we know that is not true.
