Hello,
I am getting this error when ever I try to add a entry in the database. I am trying to enter a dateformat entry from coldfusion into database in the right format and I have set that column as can be null in database, but whenever the null entry is passed to the database I get this error.
[Macromedia][SequeLink JDBC Driver][ODBC Socket][Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Data type mismatch in criteria expression.
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Vikram

I know the you know this, and I hate to say it but you have a: Data type mismatch in criteria expression.
But seriously, you try inserting the value manually into the table and see what happens.
If it still comes up with an err. that at least you know what you are dealing with. If not then something happens along the way and its "back to the drawingboard"

They say that crime doesn't pay... does that mean my job is a crime?

I have another problem. My application in coldfusin and access was working fine & suddenly it started giving me this error
[DataDirect][SequeLink JDBC Driver]Syntax error at token 0, line 0 offset 0.
Let me know if you know why? thanks a lot for the response,
Vikram

You might be better off asking this question in the ColdFusion forum.
