HI

HOW I CHANGE MY CODEC FROM MY SIG SERVER BECAUSE USE THE CODEC G711 BY DEFAULT AND NEED FORCE TO G729, THIS I CAN DO IN THE SIG SERVER OR IN MY 2 CARDS MC32?

do it on the Sig Server, you won't have to get on the console of the Media card.

on SS, go to Configuration - IP Telephony
Hit the edit button
VGW Profile - open its drop down menu

you will see the codec choices, check mark what you want

save and transfer.

make sure you are doing it across the board if you have others.

You can doit by changing the zone of the phones to best bandwith
