Code I dont understand, but need help on...

Ok, I'm sorry guys...one of you gave me this code, but I need to alter it. It works great, but now I gotta change it some...

What I want to do, is to be able to save those values...which need to be less anyhow...like 4-5 milage records, and I need some to total with those that can just be normal expenses without charging the .365

Can someone help me with this?...I also need better commenting than just 'this is to make the code cleaner' Regards,
