Co-existance with Exchange 2K3 and GroupWise 6.5

We are currently running GroupWise 6.5 and want to coexist it with a new install of Exchange 2K3 on a Win2K3 server. Any tips would be helpful. I've finally been able to convince my boss that Exchange is better for our needs and have to make sure it succeeds. Thanks in advance...

Currently running GroupWise and need to run it side by side with the new Exchange server. I need to migrate some accounts to the Exchange box while leaving some on the GW box due some severe document management headaches.
