Co-exist 2000 svr with 2003 svr

Hi

We have a windows2k DC, this is the only active directory server on our network. I'm upgrading our exchange to exchange 2003 on a windows 2003 server which needs active directory. Am I going to run into problems having a win2k DC and win2003 server with active directory installed or should I just upgrade our win2k DC to win2003?

You need to extend the schema and prepare the domain to support Server 2003. This means you have to run adprep /forestprep and adprep /domainprep on your 2000 DC before you install the 2003 DC.
