Just curious, I know that CISSP is one of the ultimates in security certification, but does anyone know where the CNSS Certification fits in? I'm currently enrolled to get certified and have been told that in addition to my cert, I will also receive verification of classes completed with the Homeland Security stamp marked for each class.

Just curious is all

OK I just realised I gave my info wrong *coffee just kicked in*.

I'm currently enrolled to complete courses to obtain a Certificate for Homeland Security (CHS) that is backed by the CNSS.

Does anyone know how this would fit in with a career in IT security?

Thanks!

Not sure, I've never heard of it, but that doesn't mean anything. It's probably a certification applicable to people who are government employees.
