CNN.com forwards to 207.234.136.185...don't know why, any suggestions?

I am on a Windows 2003 domain with AD. I have 120 PCs and today, several sites are now forwarding to 207.234.136.185. So when you type

http://www.cnn.com

you get a website (207.234.136.185) that says

http://www.cnn.com

"This domain is for sale". It happens on Windows and Macintosh PCs and I have tried firefox and IE both yeild the same results. It does not happen on every site. Google, amazon and others work. CNN, Whatismyip.com, overstock.com, timesherald.com do not work. I can't find any information on this problem. If you type

http://www.whatismyip.com

it fails, but if you type whatismyip.com it works. Not CNN though, both

http://www and

without

http://www fail.

Any suggestions here?

Have you cleared the cache on the server/servers and re-booted them? First place I'd start. Then check you're logs for any problems that might be there if it doesn't help.
