When I try to implement corporate directory on telephony manager 3.1( cs1000e), I got the message "unable to connect to CND".
any explanation for that will appreciate .

i don't know anyone in this forum that uses tm or otm.. a gui that makes your job harder may not be the best way to learn the switch (just my opinion)

Install CND

It is on the TM install disk.
