Hi I'm trying to get a problem solved but I really don't know why's not working:(

That’s my problem..

I have an address which is working well through host header pointing to WEBMAIL.MAINDOMAIN.COM and its working. OK

So, I need, all my costumers when access CORREIO.costumerdomain.com they goes to the WEBMAIL.MAINDOMAIN.COM.

That’s what I did:
At my costumers DNS was created a CORREIO CNAME, and set as host target: WEBMAIL.MAINDOMAIN.COM

So I thought that every CORREIO.MYCOSCUMERDOMAINS request would call the WEBMAIL.MAINDOMAIN.COM address that is working if you access
Is that wrong?

?

Thank you so, much.

If your server is using host headers to serve virtual sites, then it won't work. You need to add correio to the site's configuration.

All a CNAME does is give the IP address through another name. The customer will connect to the address of webmail, but the host header will still be "correio".
