cmstart.exe error (NOT DEBILITATING)

I am getting the following two errors on a win 2003 server
(using Citrix latest version)... I have posted and
researched this error message and can't seem to get any
insight to it's cause. Maybe someone will recognize it and
have a solution? I've searched till I'm blue in the face.

Oh yea.. running windows 2003 server with citrix.

I believe there is a hotfix for this. Go to Citrix.com and choose support-->download-->hotfix. Look there it may help.
