CMS v11 - Rebooting and not losing the day's data 1

Hi, once in the past I've rebooted the CMS server before and subsequently lost the day's data.

If I remember correctly, there is some kind of end of day processing that has to complete before you can reboot, can someone refresh my memory?

Reason: We are showing ZERO abandoned calls in CMS via skill reports so management is having to run VDN reports to see the actual abandoned calls.

ahh is it the daily archiving? Mine is set at 12:30am so if I reboot before this task completes, the accumulated data for the day will be lost, is that correct?

The data isn't "lost", you simply need to run the archive manually from the maintenance item on the main menu.

OK, our vendor said it was "lost" and I simply appreciate the reply, I'll know what to do next time, thanks! :)
