CMS v11: Agent Administration question 1

Good morning,

In CMS, I can go to commands / agent administration and reports (2nd tab) is greyed out. I have full access to everything in CMS.

I'm 99% sure this is because we have EAS and all reporting related to agents (traces, top agent, etc.) are under Commands / Reports /etc... the help alludes to the possibility that options may or may not be available but nothing specific but I want to make sure i'm not missing out on reports that we could make use of.

I don't think you are missing anything. I don't think there are any reports available under Agent Administration.

There is definitely a reports tab there, its just greyed out. strange

Yeah mine is also greyed out but has been on every system I've worked on so have always assumed that there are no reports available but the tab is shown as it's the same mini window as in the dictionary and exceptions options.
