Hi, anyone seen this before? We have a CMS v3r9. Since the recent auto clock changes for the end of daylight saving time, we have noticed that the time keeps jumping forward an hour, and then back to the correct time. This is seen on the CentreVu Supervisor toolbar, and in any real time reports through terminal emulator. We have also seen it when running real time reports directly on the server terminal. When the time changes, any real time reports in emulator or via telnet hang. This affects our wallboards in the call centre. Curiously, real time reports through Supervisor are not affected. The sun server time does not appear to change, only the time viewed through CMS.
