Is there any way of seeing which CMS login has made an agent change? Our system mention only @MIS in the history log on the switch. Someone mentioned some time ago that the only way was to perhaps track the ip. Does the Sun Solaris keep a record of what ips connect to it and at what time?. Maybe I can track the changes and who makes them this way

Thanks

It certainly does. Log in as root and type "last" without the quotation marks. If the list is too long, you could change the output to a file like this "last >/path/filemname".
Hope this helps.....

ok I did this and checked the file. It only shows the time someone is logged in. What I need to to know which person is making changes and at what time. Is there anyway else that I can use on the Unix server?

Thx

You can also login to CMS Terminal, go to "Maintenance / ACD Admin Log Report" to show a log of the changes made by users. It does not show you the exact changes (like the skills that were changed and so on) but it would give you a good start. If need be, you could cross reference this log with a "List History" from the G3 to see which VDNs or Logn IDs were changed.

Well I went to the maintenance tab and there is only one report -error log report and this only shows errors rather than changes.

VNS1000, what version of CMS are you running? I am on r3v9ai.p. When I login to CentreVu Supervisor with an Administrators level login, or login to CMS via Terminal mode with the cms login, I have an "ACD Admin Log Report" choice.

If you are running an older version of CMS, it may not be an option, or perhaps your login does not have suficient permissions to get this report??

i'm running version 6 so maybe that why. I do have an admin login. Thanks anyway
