Would anyone know how to restrict CMS users from being able to view all existing Agent Groups, at the same time allowing them access to their own Agent Group(s)? It appears that this is one place where Avaya doesn't allow a data base item to have qualified access or be assigned on a per/user basis.
So through Agent Groups any CMS user with Reports access can access any Agent Group and its related reports.
Any thoughts are appreciated. It's potentially a pretty serious issue for our company. CMSr12
