CMS reports of a newly defined skill

Hi all,
I defined a new skill in DSA with a new VDN and a new
vector.
My skill number is 65, VDN no:1636, vector no:164
I entered this skill also in CMS, I defined the VDN and
the vector. I also defined new call profile setup for this
skill. I added this skill to 4 agents's skill list.
And all of them have the skill 65 in the 5th rank.
(65 is the 5th priority skill of the agent).
Now, my question is,
I cannot see the realtime or historical/daily,weekly...any
report. I see the name of the skill on the top of the report
screen. but there is nothing about calls.
What can be the problem ?

Check in the VDN's and Skills if measured is external or both. Plan your work............Work your plan

Hi,
I tried to change VDN's & Skills measured field to both.
For VDN it worked, but for Skill it was impossible to
change. It gives an error "Object in use, please try later"
I can change any other field of the skill, but when I want
to change measured field, it gives this error, even if I
try to remove the skill.
Any comment for this ?

remove the skill from your vdn and from all your agents and then try to go in and change the measured field. John
