When an agent dials 9 for an outside line on the telephone system it is logged as an outbound call. as you know people dial the wrong number so if they dial 902072 and then release and dial the correct number 90207556555 this is counted as 2 calls on the cms.
is there any way of telling the cms to only count calls after say 10 secs like the algorithms used on a call logger.
