CMS "The handle is invalid"

User is trying to log into CMS adn recieving "The handle is invalid". We tried mulitple IDs but none are working and we recioeve a Dr Watson error right after.

New install you think? CMS seems to be stepping on itself.

If you ae using Windows Center Vu Supervisor, try by passing this and telnetin to the CMS and trying o log in, if you log in Ok you know the Windows install is stuffed, if you cant login then log into CMS and check there is a user setup with that login.

Try also to delete the Cache.tmp in the

C:\Program Files\Lucent\CentreVu\Cache

folder.
 
BIS is right, if delete the Cache.tmp in the "C:\Program Files\Lucent\CentreVu\Cache" folder AFTER making sure ALL cvs* processes are killed (within Task Manager) then the issue shouldn't re-occur
