Hello.

I need help with configuration customer options in cms. In ver. R3v8 in cmssvc / customer options are:

Capability/Capacity xxxxxxxxxxxxx
vectoring xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
forecasting xxxxxxxxxx
graphics xxxxxxxxxxxxx
external call history xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
expert agent selection xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
external application xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
More than 2000 VDNs measured xxxxxxx
Lucent Technologies CentreVu(R) Supervisor xxxxxxxxxxxx
Lucent Technologies CentreVu(R) Report Designer xxxxxx
Maximum number of split/skill members 500
Maximum number of ACDs 1
Simultaneous CentreVu Supervisor logins 5

There is no info about number of agents in CC.
I have 20 agents in CC opened in switch and i want to connect next switch to my CMS with adding next ACD.

My question is: do I must or mustn't upgrade my CMS for another 20 agents because GES configurator ask me about it ???

You cannot add another switch.
The option MAximum number of ACD's = 1 means you can only connect to 1 definity.
This can only be increased by Avaya.

You need Avaya to increase ACD's to 2 as stated above but you have 500 agents active in CMS so no additional agents are needed. -CL
 
What version is that other switch?
