How do you tell how many agents are turned on in CMS? I have an R3V6. I am guessing you use the cmssvc command to find this out. Here is what it says:

Capability/Capacity Authorization
------------------- -------------
vectoring authorized
forecasting not authorized
graphics not authorized
external call history not authorized
expert agent selection authorized
external application not authorized
More than 2000 VDNs measured not authorized
Lucent Technologies CentreVu(R) Supervisor authorized
Lucent Technologies CentreVu(R) Report Designer not authorized
Maximum number of split/skill members 5193
Maximum number of ACDs 1
Simultaneous CentreVu Supervisor logins 5

Does this mean I have 5193 agents that can be measured? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Josh

You have a 300 Agent package. In the newer releases of CMS you take the Split/Skill members and divide by 20 (20 skills/agent) to get the agent count. The numbers used for older versions are alittle different, but I checked the table.

Thanks! That's what I needed to know. Good info to know for the future also.
