I have an end-user with a Windows 7 laptop running CMS 16 connected to a CMS 15 server. Yesterday when trying to run an agent report and selecting an agent from the dropdown she received a message “Unable to display Browse because there are not any Agent names defined.”
Also when running a group report instead of the agent names, there are only agent IDs.
She rebooted her PC and is still getting the same problem today.
The CMS dictionary does have the agent names populated. When I run the same report from my PC everything works correctly for me.
Has anyone had this problem before? How do we resolve?

Does she have permissions to all of the skills assigned to the Agent?

Our desktop support team reloaded the CMS Supervisor application and the problem was resolved.
