CMS / Definity Compatibility

I'm trying to consolidate several UK sites to one centralised CMS for multiple versions of Definity. I will also be doin the same excercise in Europe but there are some CM2.0-3.0 systems over there too. Does anyone know where I can find a Compatibility Matrix for this?

Also, what are the minimum hardware requirements for a Multi-ACD CMS? i.e. SunSPARC 5 / SunBLADE 150 etc.

Here in the US Avaya has dropped support for the Sparc 5. I have several switches connected to Ultra 5 boxes. The issue usually comes down to how much memory will be required in the CMS box to support the number of supervisors across all of the ACDs. There are hardware limits on some of the older boxes.

Appendix C of the attached link contains the Avaya PBX/CMS compatability matrix.
