We have an ODBC connection to the CMS database and we are running into an issue where we tried to run on some agents for a particular date in the last month but it show all agents except one that was moved to another split/skill prior to that date.
We were relying on the table "agroups" but because that table does not reflect split/skill it only show current agents in the group.
Also if we remove an agent and run a report on prior date the agent does not show because it is no longer present in the synonyms table.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thank you

The data stored for agent group reports is actually in the dagent, wagent and magent tables. The agroup table is just to define who is in what group.

The agent groups are dynamic and don't have any historical reference. So if you change the members of the group, the system is only going to pull data from the dagent, wagent or magent table for the agents currently designated in the agent group.

If you were to add the agent's login ID (use the number) back to the group, you would see their data (without the agent's name because you removed it from the dictionary).
