We did some upgrades to our IEX box and lost 3 intervals from CMS due to the down time. How do we go into CMS and push the interval data to IEX? I know you do it in Term Emulator, but it's been a while and I don't remember how.
Any help would be appreciated....
Thanks!

Log into CMS from the command prompt. Type "cms" and use the default xterm. On the menu you will see an IEX TotalView item, select that and then option 1 (IEX Recover)

IEX TotalView Reports Interface

1) IEX Recover
------------
2) View Runtime Log
3) View Ftp Log
------------
Q) Quit

I logged into CMS, with the default term, but I get no menu options....am I missing a command?

Did you log in as the user 'cms' ?

yes....are you talking in Terminal Emulator?

That would work as well yes. When I log in as the user 'cms' I land at the command prompt. I then start the menu by typing the command 'cms' - this gives me a menu like this:

?MainMenu??????????????????????
? Reports> ?
? Dictionary> ?
? Exceptions> ?
? Forecast> ?
? Agent Administration> ?
? Call Center Administration> ?
? Custom Reports> ?
? User Permissions> ?
? System Setup> ?
? Maintenance> ?
? IEX TotalView> ?
? RTA-IEX ?
? Logout ?
? ; ?
???????????????????????????????

I could only get there in Term Emul.....was trying it from the GUI....
All set now....thanks a million BIS!!!!
