CMS configuration Mismatch 1

Hi Guys,

Years and years ago I installed my last CMS. No I'm installing one and have a configuration Mismatch.

Configuration mismatch. Switch has: *00017 agents, 022 splits,
0030 trunks, 0001 trunk groups, 0030 VDNs.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

The clue is this *00017 agents It means the Definity/CM has 17 agent skill members logged in, however if you check Data Storage Allocation on the CMS you will find the Total Agent skill members value is less than 17
