I believe that if you run a full or incremental back up you should be ok during open hours. However it can lead to performance issue (so the manual says)
If you’re thinking of cmsadm.
From the manual it says: - On systems prior to the CMS R3V8, CMS is shut off when “backup” is selected from the cmsadm menu. This means that NO CALL CENTRE DATA is collected by CMS during the back up.
