CMS automatic reports question

Hello,
I'm trying to help with CMS administration at my company.
We have a small call center and there are a couple of reports that print automatically each morning, but they need to be modified.
I don't know what is trigering these reports to print automatically and if it's possible to modify them.
Any help would be appreciated.

Probably a cms timetable. You would need to log in with a terminal emulator (not cms supervisor) and press F4 (keep). from there, consult the manual on CMS timetables.
