I came to work on Tuesday and my computer was locked up. I restarted it and it stated that my CMOS clock was incorrect...so I found that it had been reset...I adjusted it to current time and tried to reboot. Now my system locks up during start-up or just after logging in. Any idea what i should be looking for? I tried booting up in Safe mode, but it still locks up. I even had the computer inform me that none of my user names or passwords were correct....i haven't been able to get to the login screen since then to check if it is still true... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks,

What i would sugest is to dig out your motherboard manual and look for the cmos reset jumper !

Reset it and try power on again if this doesnt work we will need to know a little more about the computer !
