CMM keeps repeating 'for help, press *4'

We're using Aura CMM to record messages that are actually interviews with clients.
These messages can last for up to an hour.

I've modified the mailbox to hold messages of this length, but I cannot get rid of the 'for help, press *4' after one minute.
Recording continues for another 3.5 minutes, then that message is repeated.
It's only played to the interviewer, not the client.

I want to get rid of this menu and give them an hour continuous recordingtime without interruption and requirement to press any keys.
