CMG 34 on G430

Okay ... I have a repetitive alarm on a G430 that's driving me nuts. It occurs EVERY single morning at 5:01 and 5:02 AM: a CMG 34 Major alarm. Now, according to the docs, CMG 34 refers to a loss of sync signal BUT this particular G430 has no sync signal. It's in a remote building with a MM711 in it simply to provide analog dialtone to a couple of faxes. The sync is set to local clock and switching is disabled ... and yet every morning without fail I'm getting these CMG 34 Major Alarms. How do I correct this?
