Hello all,

I've got a slight problem with IP phones on a CM2.0.1 G700/S8300 system. The phones will register to the S8300 but don't seem to get a VOIP resource when trying to make any kind of call from any of the IP handsets. Inbound calls from the PSTN are fine, but when the call needs to be transfered it can't due to not getting a VOIP DSP resource. I can make a call internally to an ip phone using an analogue phone and get speech on the call but I can't even get dial tone from any of the ip handsets. I've swapped the gateway and the processor with no effect. Avaya are currently looking at this but have so far been about as useful as a handbrake in a canoe.

Sorted it. Thanks for the response deinityandcmuk. I had to reinstall the software with a higher revision of CM2 but as I upgraded from 2.0.1 to 2.2.2 this gave me problems with the IA770. I had to take off the Analogue daughter board from the processor and configure as H.323, just what I wanted on xmas eve! Thanks again.
