CM2 and Upgrading

I need instuctions on upgrading Avaya G3's (mainly si and csi models )Versions 6 through 11 to the new CM2 for a large customer. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. You can also contact me at holtonshaven@bellsouth.net.
