CM2.2 8300B with IA770 upgrade to CM 3.1.2.
I can't find way to upgrade even I read avaya manual.
There is no ( manage software ) in CM web page!

Anyone have an idea what this is and how to upgrade it?

afair in cm2 the maintenance web pages links were somewhat different. did you try looking in cm2 documentation?

Load the upgrade patch, restart the web browser, then the manage software will be there.

cm2.2 cannot direct upgrade to cm 3.1.2 you must use another licence files.
