cm to sm entity link down 408 request timeout

Hi All,
I have an Issue with CM to SM Entity link coming up on CM 7.1. The CM Entity link is TCP i'm getting a link down 408 request timeout

Is that 408 in your entity link monitoring in SM?

That would mean CM isn't answering. And typically, CM answers on anything. To say, a SIP Options message received on procr/port 5060, as long as CM has a sig group that's TCP on port 5060 to that far end IP, it'll answer something.
